Email me@joelschat.com from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of your purchase, and include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
When a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated, and you agree to stop using and remove the software from your devices.
